The MSc Logic follows the ECTS, the European Credit Transfer System, with 1 EC corresponding to an average of 28 hours of work. 30 EC per semester is considered to be a normal course load. This is equivalent to about 40 hours per week and includes lectures, reading, assignments, library queries, and discussions. Talented, ambitious students may manage up to 40 EC per semester.
